- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have called this department multiple times about my neighbor beating his wife, playing excessively loud music at all hours of the night, and running an extremely loud generator all day and night long because they haven't had running water, electricity, or sewer for over a year. The house has been taken by the bank for no payment in 18 months and these people are living in their yard. With the warm temperatures we have to sleep with the windows open and these neighbors are so loud. We can't sleep, my elderly mother is recovering from surgery and is miserable living next to them. The dispatchers are always so rude when I call and act like it is an inconvenience that I am reporting a woman hysterically screaming because her man is beating her. This department is a huge disappointment. What a joke. If I could leave 0 stars I would.By Melanie Shelby, February 19, 2017
